TelevisaUnivision, a leading Spanish-language media company, is seeking a strategic and data-driven Reporting & Analytics Manager for their Lifecycle Marketing team at ViX. This role will own the end-to-end reporting and insights framework for CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies, acting as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders in CRM, BI, and Product. The manager will help drive upgrades and increase user engagement across AVOD and SVOD platforms. Responsibilities include leading CRM initiatives, designing automated reporting frameworks for campaign performance using tools like Braze and BI dashboards, developing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights, collaborating with the CRM team to optimize lifecycle programs, leading cross-functional data projects, conducting ad hoc analyses, and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about analytics and marketing, thrives in fast-paced environments, and possesses strong communication and data synthesis skills.
Good To Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
Must Have:
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or performance reporting
  • Experience with subscription-based digital products
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/customer engagement platforms (e.g., Braze, Segment)
  • Proficiency in report and dashboard building
  • Strong data manipulation skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

The Lifecycle Marketing team at ViX is seeking a strategic, data-driven Reporting & Analytics Manager to elevate the impact of our customer engagement efforts. In this role, you will own the end-to-end reporting and insights framework that guides our CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders across CRM, BI, and Product, helping to drive upgrades and increasing user engagement across both platforms (AVOD and SVOD). This is a highly visible role that requires analytical depth, business acumen, and the ability to influence decision-making through compelling, actionable insights.

YOUR DAY -DAY:

  • Serve as the primary analytics lead for CRM initiatives, delivering insights that drive campaign performance and customer lifecycle improvements.
  • Design and implement automated reporting frameworks to track performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app, etc.) using tools such as Braze and BI dashboards.
  • Develop and publish weekly and monthly reporting with meaningful takeaways and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize trigger-based lifecycle programs (e.g., onboarding, retention, churn prevention, reactivation).
  • Lead cross-functional data projects with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to enhance tracking capabilities and support campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support key marketing initiatives and identify new opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across lifecycle campaign tracking and reporting.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or performance reporting, ideally with a subscription-based digital product (e.g., streaming, SaaS, media).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Segment, or similar.
  • Proficiency in building reports and dashboards; strong data manipulation skills (SQL is a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organization and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities in English (written and verbal).
