The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, managing revenue collection, and overseeing contract administration. This includes validating invoices, managing accounts receivable, reviewing contracts, and utilizing Salesforce and ERP systems. Collaboration with finance and commercial teams is crucial, as is identifying process improvements and staying updated on industry trends. This role requires strong analytical skills, organizational capabilities, and effective communication. The specialist will also be providing regular updates to the Commercial Operation Director and Commercial Management.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience in financial operations or revenue management.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial compliance.
Good to have:
  • Certification in Salesforce or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of gaming industry regulations.
  • Experience in accounts payable management is a plus.

Revenue Operations Specialist 


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as our new Revenue Operations Specialist. In this position, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of invoicing, managing revenue collection, and overseeing contract administration. By leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, ERP systems, and financial operations, you will drive operational efficiency, maintain compliance, and support revenue growth across our global operations in the gaming sector.


This role demands strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders


Your responsibilities

  • Invoicing and Revenue Accuracy
    • Oversee and validate the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing
    • Ensure the timely submission of commercial data points that feed into the invoices e.g. royalty deductions due to promotions etc.
    • Verify invoice accuracy by cross-checking contracts, and pricing agreements.
    • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions during invoice generation.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile accounts and address discrepancies.
  •  Revenue Collection and Accounts Receivable Management
    • Manage the accounts receivable process to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
    • Develop strategies to minimize bad debts and improve collection timelines.
    • Maintain accurate revenue records and provide insights on revenue trends.
  • Contract Administration
    • Review, interpret, and translate commercial contract terms and conditions into calculation tools for invoicing and reporting.
    • Maintain a database of contractual agreements, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
    • Act as a point of contact for contract-related queries and ensure alignment with operational workflows.
    • Ensure relevant departments are aware of every new contract and all details that impact their function i.e. finance, compliance, marketing etc.
  • System Expertise: Salesforce and ERP
    • Utilize Salesforce and ERP systems to streamline revenue processes and reporting.
    • Monitor and enhance system integrations and process to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner with finance and commercial product teams to align on revenue objectives and execution.
    • Provide regular updates to the Commercial Operation Director and Commercial Management on invoicing, revenue collection, and contract compliance.
  •  Proactive Problem-Solving and Process Optimization
    • Identify gaps in revenue operations and recommend improvements to reduce inefficiencies.
    • Implement industry best practices to enhance invoicing, AR management, and contract workflows.
    • Stay updated on gaming industry trends and regulatory changes affecting revenue operations.


What you bring to the team:

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 4+ years of experience in financial operations, accounts receivable, or revenue management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
    • Extensive experience working with Salesforce and ERP systems.
  •  Technical Expertise
    • Strong understanding of invoicing processes, contract terms, and financial compliance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analytics tools Tableau, Qliksense, and financial modeling.
    • Ability to develop and optimize calculation tools based on contract terms.
  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Certification in Salesforce or ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of gaming industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Experience in accounts payable management is a plus.
