Job Description

Sales Administration Analyst

• Location: Bogotá, CO
• Job type: Permanent, full time

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the correct payment of credit notes for recovery, rebates, and commercial dynamics for Ecuador - Peru, sharing reports and compliance progress with the sales force, as well as monitoring provisions for Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador.
• Monitoring COPEC provisions, ensuring information is sent to the sales tracking team.
• Updating Peru Recovery calculators.
• Analysis for the generation of credit notes for Peru Recoveries.
• Analysis for the generation of credit notes for Sell In Rebates in Peru and Ecuador.
• Qualification of incentive levers for Colombia (Legalizations).
• Monitoring the signing of credit note requests.
• Generation of formats for credit note requests for Recoveries and Rebates in Peru and Ecuador.
• Generation of compliance reports for Sell In and Sell Out Rebates in Peru – Ecuador.
• Generation and monitoring of the signing of Sell Out commercial agreements in Peru.
• Information support for the sales force.

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.

Knowledge:

• SAP
• Power Bi
• SQL
• Intermediate-Advanced level of Excel

Languages: Basic English.
