This role will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders to create, execute, track and report on sales tool usage and corresponding impacts on revenue. You will act as a sales tech platform expert for tools supporting teams across USM and International markets. Associate will work with regional leaders to ensure tools meet needs and local regulations are followed. Successful adoption of sales tools and proven revenue generation will be among the success metrics evaluated.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, data platforms or similar.
  • Understanding of sales processes and sales cycles.
  • Apply critical thinking to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and oral channels.
  • Exhibit strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities.
  • Develop subject matter expertise for sales tech platforms (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, People.ai).
  • Responsible for administration and day-to-day execution of sales tech platforms.
  • Ensure platform launch and support practices meet standards of excellence.
  • Drive strategic execution towards KPIs around usage, value, and impact.
  • Work with support teams for training toward best practices.
  • Liaise with IT and Illuminate to minimize disruption from platform changes.
  • Communicate platform updates, issues, and improvements to users and stakeholders.
  • Develop recommendations to improve revenue optimization processes.

Impact You'll Make:

This role will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders create, execute, track and report on sales tool usage and corresponding impacts on revenue. You will act as a sales tech platform expert for tools supporting teams across USM and International markets. Associate will work with regional leaders to ensure tools meet needs and local regulations are followed. Successful adoption of sales tools and proven revenue generation will be among the success metrics evaluated.

  • Develops subject matter expertise for sales tech platforms under remit (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, People.ai / 7.2024)
  • Responsible for administration and day-to-day execution and making tactical decisions
  • Ensures that platform launch and support practices meet our standard of excellence
  • Responsible for strategic execution driving toward KPIs around usage, value and impact
  • Works with support teams to continue training toward best practices
  • Liaises with IT and Illuminate as needed to minimize disruption when changes occur to any platform the sales technology interacts with
  • Communicates platform updates, issues, beta opportunities, and improvements to users and stakeholders as needed
  • Develop recommendations to improve revenue optimization processes related to sales tool support

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
