Job Description
The Tesla Sales Trainee Program is a six-month opportunity to develop future leaders in sustainable energy. Trainees will gain experience in various roles, including welcoming guests, answering questions, managing customer experiences, educating the public about electric cars, and providing high-quality customer service. The program involves engaging potential customers, signing them up for test drives and events, and executing pop-up events. Trainees must demonstrate excellent performance, engage potential customers, and execute events outside the store. Successful candidates will be recent graduates with a passion for sustainable energy and Tesla's mission, able to work in a challenging environment.

Tesla Sales Trainee Program offers up to six-month of enriching experiences to develop future leaders in Tesla and in sustainable energy. Trainees will be assigned with relevant role throughout the learning duration which may include various roles depending on business needs and learning opportunities.
The trainee shall commit to providing the best behavior quality, being innovative, courageous for challenges, and able to be a good team player. This is a unique opportunity to join Tesla – the global leader in energy technology, automotive and AI.
- To welcome walk-in guests, answer questions and manage customer’s experience in positive way.
- To educate the public about electric car through enriching conversations.
- To provide high quality customer service to the existing Tesla community.
- Your performance will be measured by your ability to demonstrate excellent performance and results: engage and sign-up potential customers including for test drives and other events by Tesla, execute pop-up events outside of the store.
- Fresh or recent (not more than 2 years) graduate from any recognized education institution.
- Must be able to commit to Full Time job basis.
- Have great passion in sustainable energy and Tesla’s mission.
- Able to work under challenging environment.
