Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Architect, design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Define technical reference models including hardware and software standards.
- Recommend and implement Salesforce integrations and middleware solutions.
- Ensure security compliance through architecture reviews and audits.
- Optimize Salesforce applications, infrastructure usage, and cost.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to automate operations on AWS Cloud.
- Develop code and monitoring standards to ensure system performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug system issues.
- Lead and mentor IT team members across various phases of SDLC.
- Ensure quality assurance through comprehensive system testing.
- Manage Salesforce deployments and troubleshoot sandbox/production issues.
- Adhere to MHBE security and project management policies.
- Be available for occasional off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
- 5+ years as Salesforce Systems Architect or Salesforce Solutions Expert for federal/state-based marketplaces or large health systems.
- 5+ years integrating with PostgreSQL/SQL databases and MongoDB (or equivalent).
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, batch jobs, etc.).
- 3+ years working with Workflow, Dashboards, Reports, Custom Objects, Validation Rules.
- 3+ years of metadata deployment using ANT/change sets.
- 5+ years translating business requirements to technical specs.
- 4+ years integrating external applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with tools such as Force.com IDE, Eclipse, Data Loader, etc.
- 10+ years in solution architecture or senior Salesforce development.
- 5+ years with Integrated Eligibility Systems, ACA, or other Health/Human Services projects.
- Strong troubleshooting experience across middleware, networks, and security.
- 5+ years supporting integrated Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, AppExchange.
- 3+ years as a senior technical lead.
- AI experience with Salesforce Einstein (predictive analytics, intelligent automation).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Communities (Partner/Customer).
- Skills in AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Highcharts, Web service APIs.
- Salesforce Architect Certification preferred.
- Familiarity with PMO policies and procedures.
