We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with a strong proficiency in Apex coding, configuration, and various integration techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud, with additional preference for candidates with Agent Force certification.

What You Will Do

Architect and Develop Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Integration: Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce to meet complex business requirements, including custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.
Data Management: Oversee data migrations, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions and integrations.
Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Who You Are and What you Bring

Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proficiency: Expert skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Agent Force certification is a plus.
Integration Techniques: Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration techniques.
Architecture Patterns: Deep understanding of various architecture patterns and best practices in Salesforce.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
