Must have:
  • 7+ years relevant work experience

This is a hybrid position, so you’ll work both remotely and in the office.

Our Tech Stack: Salesforce, Tray.io, Gainsight, Certinia, Copado, Marketo 

What you’ll do

  • Delivery of Salesforce solutions, leveraging the latest and greatest features to support business needs and user experience
  • Engagement with teams across development lifecycles, with agile methodologies
  • Implement solutions that scale and maintain as the business grows
  • Engagement with many business groups across the enterprise – you will deliver improvements and solutions that change entire business
  • Assist your colleagues with design and coding best practices, including code reviews
  • Grow your knowledge and expertise with access to training, new tools and technologies
  • Contribute insight to teams working to solve business problems
  • Actively engage with project teams and assist with understanding of technical solutions
  • Assist QA resources to build a world class automated test suite
  • Engage with the Enterprise Architecture team on proposed solutions to ensure efficient growth of the architecture, and provide ideas where it can be improved
  • Deliver solutions that are fully documented and ready to be fully supported
  • Assist with production issues when and if they arise
  • Provide dependable work estimates on development work and meet delivery commitments

 

Your experience

  • 7+ years relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Salesforce developer
  • Minimum Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II; Platform App Builder I
  • Desirable Salesforce certifications: Application Architect
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and development tools
  • Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to be a big picture thinker and also an in-depth problem solver
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with JIRA, Copado and/or Certinia

The base pay details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final base salary will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget.
