Job Responsibilities :

Perform tasks and complete projects as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Communicate effectively with internal partners and other departments as needed
Meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications :

Candidate minimum should have 7+ years hand on experience
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce’s capabilities (both declarative and programmatic) and integration capabilities.
Superior knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and performance optimization in Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce Service and field service Cloud (application design, architecture and development)
Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and flexibility to changing circumstances and priorities
Proficiency in relevant systems and technologies
