Haleon is a manufacturing site for liquid, solid, and semi-solid health products, with complex regulatory factors, technical processes, and high-risk activities. Haleon is currently looking for a Sampling Analyst (Warehouse) – Night Shift to join the Montreal (Saint-Laurent) team.

Position Objective:

As a sampler, you must ensure product quality, send necessary samples to the laboratory, inspect pallets before sampling, and report any observed anomalies to the quality department and warehouse managers, while respecting all procedures related to the sampling sector.

Main Responsibilities:

This position will give you the opportunity to lead key activities to advance YOUR career. In compliance with established policies, guidelines, procedures, manufacturing and packaging records, and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices, health, safety, and environmental prevention measures, and business procedures/processes of the Montreal site, these responsibilities include some of the following tasks...

• Must ensure compliance with quality rules by following GMP regulations, corporate policies, and compliance standards during operations;
• Receive, prepare, and supply raw materials, components, bulk, and finished products, as well as ensure their distribution;
• Forklift operation (Walkie, Gerber);
• Unpacking and cleaning of material;
• Handling of goods;
• Material packaging and pallet packaging;
• Delivery of goods (pallet movement);
• Manual documentation;
• Execution of basic computer transactions;
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives;
• Execution of analyses during sampling according to planning tools and business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

Proficiency in French is required for this position to ensure effective communication and compliance with our operational and regulatory standards.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Requirements:

• DEC (or professional equivalence) in Natural Sciences (Microbiology, Biology, etc.), Quality, Food Science, or related field;
• Experience as a laboratory analyst or quality experience (minimum 2 years);
• Computer skills (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.);
• SAP knowledge (asset);
• GMP knowledge (major asset).

Warehouse Requirements:

• Warehouse experience (minimum 1 year);
• Experience with counterbalance or seated forklift (minimum 6-12 months);
• Experience with manual or electric pallet jack;
• Valid Lift/Forklift card (major asset);
• Experience in health, safety, environment/HSE (major asset);
• Work in prolonged standing position with movement, crouching/kneeling position, sitting position (occasional);
• Handle, push, pull varied loads requiring physical effort.
