Join our Amex GBT Neo Hotel Engineering team as a QA Engineer. Neo offers outstanding configurability and user experience for business travelers.

What You'll Do:

• Build detailed, comprehensive, and well-organized test plans and test cases
• Write front-end test automation
• Review and provide feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical build documents
• Plan and coordinate testing activities, thoroughly identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs
• Collaborate with other QA Engineers across Amex GBT to improve test processes

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's / Master’s in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
• 4+ years of QA experience in a highly available enterprise web application
• Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Drafts detailed, clear, and thorough test plans and cases
• Experience writing front-end/UI test automation, Cypress experience a plus
• Experience with performance and/or security testing
• Travel domain knowledge is a plus
• What Technical Skills You’ll Develop: Cypress, Postman/API tools, Jira,C#, .Net,AWS, Docker, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), TypeScript, Vue.js
