Job Description
As the SDS Compliance Investigations Team Manager, you will oversee a team of Compliance Investigators. Your responsibilities include supervising the team, providing coaching and development, and managing daily operations. The team screens Apple accounts using internal systems and external databases to ensure compliance with sanctions regulations. You will be responsible for managing performance, driving productivity, and ensuring accuracy. You will also conduct regular 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and development conversations with employees. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is also a key aspect of the role, along with identifying ways to improve the customer experience.
Must have:

Job Details
In the SDS Compliance Investigations Team Manager role, you will be responsible for providing daily supervision of a Compliance Investigations team. The Compliance Investigations team conducts sanctions screenings of new and existing Apple accounts by utilizing internal systems, commercial databases, and public records. You will support the team by providing coaching and development and managing the daily execution of the business. Responsibilities include: Manage the performance of 13-15 Compliance Investigators and support their success. Drive team performance to meet or exceed targeted metrics for productivity and accuracy. Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and development conversations with employees. Lead regular calibration sessions. Collaborate cross-functionally with SDS partners and peers. Identify innovative ideas to improve the experience of Apple customers.
