Scope of activities includes:
- representing the company during business meetings with IM clients and maintaining constant contact with designated clients
- verifying monthly settlements for clients
- daily cooperation with Project Coordinators regarding clarification of project discrepancies, consultation of modifications, SLA level in the project, monitoring team efficiency, substantive support
- arranging document transports to and from the DMS branch from other IM branches
- analyzing and improving DMS processes and tools for efficiency
- performing commissioned tests of new business solutions
- ongoing quality and cost control of implemented projects
- preparing periodic and control reports regarding section work
- independently setting work schedules for the subordinate team (including monitoring sick leave)
- delegating tasks and granting authorizations to the subordinate team
- coordinating the employee training process for project/process changes
- effective employee motivation
- conducting performance reviews with employees – in accordance with company strategy
- conducting introductory training for new employees
- resolving conflicts within the subordinate team
- ensuring the subordinate team has appropriate work tools in accordance with legal regulations and company policy
- implementing projects

- knowledge of systems: Eplanner, Workday, My MAP, Service Now, Kofax, PD, evault, E2E, RCP, IM Time, Gitlab will be an additional asset for the candidate
