As a Senior Account Manager, you will focus on the UK market, serving as a vital link between the company and clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a passion for iGaming and a proven track record in account management, with responsibilities including maximizing revenues, developing strong customer relationships, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
Must have:
  • Drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers.
  • Develop strong customer relationships with stakeholders.
  • Act as main point of contact for customers.
  • Develop sector and market expertise, take consultative approach.
  • Monitor client feedback, forward to Product department.
  • Represent company at online gambling events/exhibitions.
  • Regularly report KPIs and account status.
  • Previous B2B iGaming experience is essential.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult clients and pressure.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Cope with fast-paced, complex, rapidly changing environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical/numerical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.

  • Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar.

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will focus on UK market and you will be a vital link between the company and our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about iGaming and have a proven track record of success in account management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on assigned customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers
  • Act as main point of contact within the organization for your customers
  • Develop sector and market expertise and take a consultative approach to gain a clear understanding of the customers’ business drivers and requirements
  • Continual monitoring of client feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
  • Represent the company at events and exhibitions tailored to online gambling operators
  • Regularly report KPIs, status of accounts to Head of Account Management

Requirements

  • Previous B2B iGaming experience is a must, ideally as an Account Manager or Casino Manager
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Ideally based in the UK or Gibraltar
  • Self-starter and motivated to succeed individual with highly developed social and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to handle difficult clients and the pressure that comes along with it
  • A problem solver proactive approach
  • Ability to cope with a fast-paced, complex and rapidly changing environment
  • Commercially minded, with strong analytical / numerical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently, with very little supervision
