Job Description
- Semi qualified CA (Preferred) / Qualified CA (Optional) / MBA Finance (Optional).
- Working experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Process month-end close accounting operations including cash reconciliation, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and consolidation process.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Partner with cross functional teams including Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Technical Accounting.
- Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.
- Support internal and external audit and quarterly/annual financials.
- Drive process improvement, simplifying steps, and applying best practices to make the close process faster and more efficient.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant or direct experience in operational accounting.
- Understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and standard accounting processes and controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
What you will be doing:
- Process month-end close accounting operations including – preparing cash reconciliation, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and consolidation process.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Partner with cross functional teams including Finance, Tax, IT, Legal, Technical Accounting.
- Support and ensure implementation of financial controls and process and system solutions.
- Support internal and external audit and quarterly/annual financials.
- Driver of process improvement, simplifying steps, and applying best practices to make the close process faster and more efficient.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills and flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Semi qualified CA (Preferred) / Qualified CA (Optional) / MBA Finance (Optional).
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant or direct experience in operational accounting with experience in a publicly traded Fortune 500/multinational company preferred.
- Capable of managing diverse tasks, setting clear priorities, and achieving outcomes in a fast-moving and ever-changing landscape.
- Good oral and written communication skills with cooperative, interdisciplinary approach.
- Understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and standard accounting processes and controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Working experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
