THE CHALLENGE:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior AI Engineer to support our generative AI initiatives worldwide. You will identify opportunities for generative AI to optimize processes, improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and create new revenue streams. Your role will involve rapid prototyping, providing technical leadership to engineering and product teams, and championing the implementation of GenAI solutions that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global digital transformation efforts by identifying and exploring generative AI opportunities.
• Drive operational effectiveness by integrating AI solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Kick off innovative projects through quick and effective prototyping.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to engineering and product teams on GenAI implementation.
• Develop and deploy AI applications that generate cost savings and new value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, refine, and commercialize new AI-powered products.
• Be at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Lead impactful AI projects that influence our global operations.
• Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering, particularly with Generative AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Flask or FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to enhance operational effectiveness through technology.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and a drive to explore new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Enjoy working in an experiment-based environment, with a proactive approach to testing hypotheses, analyzing results, and sharing insights.
