We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst for Contingent Workforce Systems to lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of systems supporting the contingent workforce. This includes Workforce Management (WFM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) like SAP SuccessFactors, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline. The role involves acting as the functional lead for cross-platform integration, business process mapping, and stakeholder alignment to ensure solutions meet strategic and operational goals. Responsibilities include driving requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, and providing expert knowledge in VMS, LMS, and WFM platforms. The analyst will collaborate with HR, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Compliance teams, lead functional testing, UAT, and validation, and develop training content and support change management.
