Application Operations is part of International Technology and functions as a third-line expert team with a strong SRE mindset. Our mission is to ensure the reliability, scalability, and long-term stability of our point of arrival products, delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
We apply engineering principles to operations work, focusing on automation, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement. The team collaborates closely with development teams, infrastructure platform, and network teams, as well as incident managers, to drive operational excellence and support critical initiatives across the organization.
