Job Description

The Senior Associate, Customer Experience manages the entire customer journey, encompassing every interaction customers have with the organization. This includes monitoring all customer-related processes and optimizing customer interactions to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This role involves receiving, assessing, and evaluating customer feedback to continuously refine the understanding of the customer base. The incumbent assesses the alignment and effectiveness of the organization's sales, marketing, and service departments to deliver seamless customer service.

Manages the customer journey, which includes all steps customers go through when interacting with the organization. Monitors all customer processes. Tracks, oversees and optimizes all customer interaction, ensuring a high caliber and high-quality customer experience. Receives, assesses and evaluates customer feedback. Continually understands, defines and refines the customer base. Assesses how the organization's sales, marketing and service departments work together to deliver seamless customer service
