Senior Business Analyst

Our Client is a leading provider of automated storage and logistics systems. Together with N-iX and client engineers you will work on development of comprehensive, scalable, and efficient solution designed to meet the evolving needs of modern warehouse management, ensuring a robust and future-proof operational environment.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Good theoretical understanding of software development.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions. 
• Expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements.
• Ability to identify and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Expertise in the WMS domain is preferable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
• Knowledge of German language will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Business requirements specification
• Software requirements specification
• Identify any technical or operational constraints impacting requirements
• Work closely with client representatives on requirements elicitation
• Deliver a comprehensive requirements document for stakeholder review and approval
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Work closely with development team (both N-iX and client), conduct refinement sessions
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Backlog ownership: prepare well-structured and organized user stories
• Prepare roadmap of the product in cooperation with a client
