Description
AVER is a fast-growing SDVOSB that has achieved significant revenue growth over the past 5 plus years with much of our work focused on Data Analytics, Mission Support, IT Modernization and Biometrics. We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Information Consultant (W2) responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results. Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for various business segments for top management decision-making
- Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs
- Collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products
- Strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems
- Coordinate with external audits as appropriate
- Acts as the central contact interfacing with cross functional teams, the Director of Quality Assurance, internal departments, and external auditors
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration or an equivalent statistical/ data centered degree is required
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in BI Development and Data Analytics, specializing in advanced Oracle PL/SQL queries and scripting
- Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling using Python and R
- Experience with analyzing health-related datasets to build and deploy Machine Learning (ML) models
- Experience with analyzing complex business requirements and designing effective data-driven solutions
- Experience in using Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, dashboards, and delivering actionable business insights
