Description

AVER is a fast-growing SDVOSB that has achieved significant revenue growth over the past 5 plus years with much of our work focused on Data Analytics, Mission Support, IT Modernization and Biometrics. We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Information Consultant (W2) responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results. Join our collaborative team who values AVER’s mission, focus, and culture and to deliver exceptional client service with great people and transformative technology solutions to enable Government mission success. 
 
Responsibilities Include: 
  • Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for various business segments for top management decision-making 
  • Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs 
  • Collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products 
  • Strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems 
  • Coordinate with external audits as appropriate 
  • Acts as the central contact interfacing with cross functional teams, the Director of Quality Assurance, internal departments, and external auditors 
Education Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration or an equivalent statistical/ data centered degree is required
Experience Requirements: 
  • 8+ years of experience in BI Development and Data Analytics, specializing in advanced Oracle PL/SQL queries and scripting
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling using Python and R
  • Experience with analyzing health-related datasets to build and deploy Machine Learning (ML) models
  • Experience with analyzing complex business requirements and designing effective data-driven solutions
  • Experience in using Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, dashboards, and delivering actionable business insights
