AVER is seeking a skilled Senior Business Information Consultant (W2) responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. This role establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results. You will collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products, analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs, and coordinate with external audits as appropriate. You will act as the central contact interfacing with cross functional teams, the Director of Quality Assurance, internal departments, and external auditors.

Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in BI Development and Data Analytics
- Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling using Python and R
- Experience with analyzing health-related datasets to build and deploy Machine Learning (ML) models
- Experience with analyzing complex business requirements and designing effective data-driven solutions
- Experience in using Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, dashboards, and delivering actionable business insights
- Experience with AI/ML tools, including Alteryx, to automate data collection, preparation, and workflow processes, supporting advanced analytics and machine learning model development
- Experience in PL/SQL for data extraction, query optimization, report generation, file load/transfer management, and performing complex data mining analyses
- Experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Experience in relational database design and performance tuning

Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidate and prepare executive summary reports for various business segments for top management decision-making
- Analyze and design solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs
- Collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products
- Strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems
- Coordinate with external audits as appropriate
- Acts as the central contact interfacing with cross functional teams, the Director of Quality Assurance, internal departments, and external auditors
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration or an equivalent statistical/ data centered degree is required
Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in BI Development and Data Analytics, specializing in advanced Oracle PL/SQL queries and scripting
- Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling using Python and R
- Experience with analyzing health-related datasets to build and deploy Machine Learning (ML) models
- Experience with analyzing complex business requirements and designing effective data-driven solutions
- Experience in using Power BI for creating interactive visualizations, dashboards, and delivering actionable business insights
