Job Description

The Senior Creative Producer will develop innovative ad concepts and strategies, manage the end-to-end production of video ads, and collaborate with the User Acquisition team. They will provide detailed briefs, ensure quality standards, and offer feedback to enhance creative quality. The role requires managing multiple projects, interpreting data for creative decisions, and clear communication. This involves leading ad campaigns from concept to execution. The candidate needs to be experienced in creative marketing or advertising production, managing and mentoring creative teams, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. The candidate should have excellent understanding of data analytics, be creative, and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Must have:

3+ years of experience in creative marketing/advertising production.
Managed and mentored teams within a creative environment.
Led ad campaigns from concept to successful execution.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other software.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to interpret data to drive creative decisions.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.

JustPlay is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Producer who can provide innovative ideas and leverage their expertise to create outstanding creative assets. As a vital part of our creative team, you will be responsible for driving the production of engaging advertisements designed to significantly grow JustPlay's user base.

Job responsibilities

Develop compelling and innovative ad concepts and strategies informed by data analytics and personal creativity.
Provide creative concepts in detailed briefs for actors, editors, designers, and other stakeholders.
Manage and lead end-to-end production of video ads, ensuring the final output meets the company's quality standards and objectives.
Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to ensure alignment and optimize ad performance.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members and external collaborators to enhance creative quality.

You have 3+ years of professional experience in creative marketing or advertising production.
You have successfully managed and mentored teams within a creative environment.
You’ve led ad campaigns from concept through to successful execution.
You’re proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other video/graphic design software.
You are able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
You know how to interpret data to drive creative decisions.
You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken.
