Onward Search is hiring a Senior Customer Support Specialist for a 100% remote, full-time direct hire opportunity. This role involves answering support tickets, maintaining high standards of service quality and adherence to SLAs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience to our community. The specialist will also help refine support processes and improve community-facing resources in alignment with evolving product needs.
Must have:
  • Answer support tickets in Zendesk
  • Develop an expert understanding of our platform, administrator tools, and user questions
  • Help to develop new processes for support based on evolving CS needs
  • Help teammates and stakeholder teams resolve CS related issues
  • Report on trends and other insights gathered from support tickets
  • Help maintain our community-facing support resources as our product, policies and procedures evolve
  • Minimum of one year in a Community Support Specialist role
  • Subject matter expert across all key Community Support functions
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and performance standards set by their manager
  • Ability to offer effective customer service via email
  • Some experience in customer service, preferably for a website

Job Details

In this role, you’ll be responsible for answering support tickets, maintaining high standards of service quality and adherence to SLAs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience to our community. You’ll also help refine support processes and improve community-facing resources in alignment with evolving product needs.

*Eligibility requires working over 30 hours per week on an assignment lasting at least 10 weeks.
