Senior Demand Planner

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect demand forecasts, analyze order plans, and support the supervisor in order approvals.
• Continuously track order fulfillment and cross-departmentally provide feedback on order fulfillment rates and lead time.
• Analyze brand and SKU-level inventory data, suggest action plans for any inventory risk to support achieving sales targets, and continuously optimize inventory levels.
• Prepare internal and external inventory and sales through reports.
• Assist supervisors with inventory management and order automation projects

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in demand planning; experience in healthcare categories or e-commerce field is preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel functions; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to handle pressure.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
