Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader in London to drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level energy and commodities clients across EMEA. This role involves creating and maintaining relationships with prospects, understanding their infrastructure and challenges, and proactively familiarizing with market complexities and Clearwater/Beacon value propositions. The leader will develop and progress opportunities, closing deals in the assigned market, and coordinate with executive management and internal teams.
Good To Have:
  • 10+ years of energy and commodities technology sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the energy and commodity markets, specifically in the areas of risk and trading.
Must Have:
  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market.
  • Understand prospective clients’ current infrastructure, business requirements, and subsequent challenges.
  • Proactively familiarize yourself with market complexities and the value propositions of Clearwater and Beacon.
  • Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within the EMEA energy and commodities markets, solving complex problems throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct effective meetings with prospects and perform needs identification.
  • Develop and progress opportunities, closing deals in the assigned market.
  • Work in close coordination with executive management and other internal teams (Client Services, Marketing, Pre-Sales).
  • Hungry to develop new business and grow your career in a fast-paced new business sales role.
  • Exposure to and proficient understanding of the European energy and commodities markets, with a demonstrated ability to sell into this market.
  • Strong background in either CTRM, ETRM, cross-asset & risk trading, or enterprise risk.
  • Proven record of exceeding targets and selling risk solutions using structured sales methodologies i.e. MEDDPICC.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in attaining multi-million annual quotas.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Leader in London who can confidently articulate our value proposition to C-level individuals in the Energy and Commodities Trading and Risk space across EMEA. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level energy and commodities clients.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the SaaS revolution that we are driving in the EMEA market and to play a visible role in the growth of the Clearwater and Beacon business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market while understanding prospective clients’ current infrastructure, business requirements and subsequent challenges.
