Job Description

Join Unity as an Executive Recruiter to lead challenging leadership searches globally. You will own the search strategy from beginning to end, partnering with Unity’s executive leadership to develop and innovate recruiting strategies. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders, identifying search requirements, assessing candidates, developing market maps, building offer models, and leveraging recruiting technology to find and track talent.
Must have:
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels, including SVPs and VPs.
  • Proven executive recruiting experience in technology companies or top executive search agencies.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with leaders.
  • Articulate and implement standard methodologies for diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Proven strength in assessing leadership capabilities and functional skills.
  • Experience in presenting and negotiating complex offers.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Experience in publicly traded or high-growth global organizations.
  • Proven record of landing technical executive roles in emerging technologies such as AI and ML.
  • Ability to identify root causes of stalled hiring processes and course-correct through influence on leadership decision making.

You will own the search strategy from beginning to end for the most sought-after leadership talent across all of Unity's businesses globally. We work with Unity’s executive leadership as consultants; partnering to develop and innovate recruiting strategies.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the most senior leaders and partner throughout the search process, providing regular updates and high-touch experiences.
  • Work closely with Talent Strategy leadership on strategic goals related to executive hiring
  • Partner with Unity leaders to identify search requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Assess executive candidates through screens, on-site interviews, and panel feedback
  • Develop strategies for market map, proactively pipeline, and build innovative approaches to find the right talent
  • Partner with Executive and Equity compensation team to build offer models, extend, and negotiate offers
  • Leverage recruiting technology to find, track and share candidate intelligence

What we're looking for

  • Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels, including SVPs and VPs.
  • Proven recruiting experience, in executive recruiting and searches, working for technology companies or top executive search agencies
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders at all levels with strong ability to influence and communicate
  • Able to articulate and implement standard methodologies that deliver a diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Proven strength in assessing leadership capabilities and functional skills of candidates
  • Experienced in presenting and negotiating complex offers
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
