As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage institutional clients in the crypto market, focusing on OTC workflows and client engagement. You will lead a regional team, establish client relationships, and identify opportunities for product adoption. You will also collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, identify upselling opportunities, and analyze market dynamics to propose innovative solutions. Your role involves understanding client goals, providing support, and driving revenue growth. The position requires proactive engagement and a solution-oriented approach to ensure seamless client experiences and expand product usage.
Must Have:- Strong understanding of crypto markets and OTC processes.
