Senior Manager

As a Senior Manager at Apple Retail, you will be responsible for creating a positive environment for customer interactions, driving the achievement of performance goals and business priorities. You will contribute to the store’s vision and purpose, develop other managers, and support the Store Leader in business strategies and critical decision-making. In addition to leading specific parts of the experience, you will also assist in identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems in collaboration with the Store Leader.
