The manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of the TA technology stack, including Workday Recruiting, and lead key COE Programs. This position involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to align TA practices with business objectives and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
Must have:
  • Provide strategic leadership for Talent Acquisition COE.
  • Play a key role in Workday Recruiting implementation and optimization.
  • Drive program management for critical TA initiatives.
  • Manage key centralized programs and maintain performance through analytics.
  • Build a direct hire agency management program from the ground up.
  • Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HRIS/technology, and business leaders.
  • Oversee risk management, change management, and compliance efforts.
  • Lead UX from a complete TA technology stack perspective.
  • Develop and maintain process maps for global TA processes.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and post-implementation support.
  • Continuous evolution of AI and Automation within TA.
  • Evaluation of future TA tools.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree.
Good to have:
  • 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of Workday modules beyond Recruiting and candidate engagement tools
  • Expertise in change management, data migration, and systems integration
  • Strategic mindset to translate business needs into scalable TA solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition and program management
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter and/or sourcer
  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale implementations, including hands-on ATS implementation
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence executive stakeholders, and manage complex global projects
  • Experience building key programs from scratch
  • Deep knowledge of TA processes, emerging technologies (AI), and basic global compliance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Track record of driving operational excellence and program ROI
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple TA programs and projects simultaneously

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to drive the COE in a strategic direction across the globe. This highly visible role will provide thought leadership, operational excellence, and program oversight for our global Talent Acquisition function, with a strong focus on technology enablement, process optimization, and programs.

As the Senior Manager, this role will oversee the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition technology stack—including Workday Recruiting—and lead the design and execution of key COE Programs. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders, People technology, People Systems, and other operational teams to ensure our talent acquisition practices and processes align with business objectives and deliver a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Talent Acquisition COE, establishing best practices, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across global TA operations
  • Play a key role in the enterprise-wide implementation, future optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting and associated TA technologies, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Drive program management for critical TA initiatives, including Employee Referral program, direct hire agency management, and interview scheduling (Blue tool), ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder engagement, and measurable results
  • Manage key centralized programs and maintain performance through analytics and reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Build a direct hire agency management program from the ground up
  • Serve as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HRIS/technology, and business leaders to assess needs, prioritize projects, and manage resources for TA programs
  • Oversee risk management, change management, and compliance efforts throughout project and program lifecycles, proactively identifying challenges and driving timely resolution.
  • Lead UX from a complete TA technology stack perspective for all impacted personas.
  • Develop and maintain process maps for the end-to-end global TA processes, and to use for change management and end-user adoption
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance and user experience
  • Continuous evolution of AI and Automation within our Talent Acquisition process and technology stack
  • Evaluation to future TA tools to ensure alignment, reduce redundancies, and evaluate for potential in-house build.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
