Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. Software Requirements

  • Microsoft Visual Studio (2019 or later)
  • .NET Framework 4.8 / .NET Core 3.1 / .NET 5+
  • SQL Server Management Studio (latest version)

  • Azure DevOps / Azure Cloud Services
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Jenkins or other CI/CD tools
  • Blockchain development platforms

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of projects leveraging emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster technical excellence and ensure successful project delivery.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative technology solutions to enhance business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational priorities and industry best practices.
• Stay current with evolving technological trends and integrate relevant innovations into project workflows.
• Establish performance metrics and oversee project progress, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or technology sectors is preferable, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) or emerging technologies are highly valued.
