Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Officer, you will partner with the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, managing payroll for approximately 300 employees across various entities of the Match Group in the European region (France and 6 other countries). Your responsibilities include collecting and processing payroll data, verifying payroll information, managing HR administration for Europe, and handling onboarding and offboarding procedures. The role is based in Paris, allows for up to 3 days of remote work per week and requires close collaboration with the European Human Resources team and payroll service providers.

As the true partner of the Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, you will work within a French and European scope (7 countries) and manage the payroll of employees (300 employees) across various entities of the Match Group operating in this region (Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).
Fully integrated into the European Human Resources team, the role is based in Paris, does not require travel, and allows up to 3 days of remote work per week.

Role Overview :
Collecting, processing, and entering variable payroll elements (all types of absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties, etc.).
Verifying payroll data (semi-outsourced payroll, communication with service providers).
Managing HR administration for Europe and acting as a backup for French administration.
Handling administrative procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding (employment contracts, certificates, etc.).

A final interview with Mickael (Senior Director, People) and Karine (VP People EMEA) : 60 min on-site.
