They seek a Senior People Partner to align people strategies with business goals, act as a thought partner to leaders, and drive initiatives for high-performing teams, contributing to the company's growth and culture.
Must have:
  • Partner with top management and leaders as a trusted advisor on people initiatives, structures, and workforce planning.
  • Shape organizational design and co-lead implementation of structural changes.
  • Act as change agent by running retrospectives to embed learning and align with business goals.
  • Act as coach and sparring partner to strengthen leadership growth and decision-making.
  • Support leaders in building empowered, high-performing teams while reinforcing our company culture.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People Development to deliver tailored initiatives.
  • Lead rollout and adoption of new programs within your area.
  • Own performance management and salary review cycles, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Guide employee relations topics, including conflicts, workplace dynamics, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide balanced, values-driven solutions that comply with legal requirements.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, respect, and proactive resolution.
  • Partner with German people operations and international P&C managers to ensure smooth, compliant processes.
  • Align local practices with global standards & drive operational excellence that supports consistency and employee experience across regions.

##### Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Driving Organizational Effectiveness through Strategic People Partnering

  • Partner with top management and leaders as a trusted advisor on people initiatives, structures, and workforce planning.
  • Shape organizational design and co-lead implementation of structural changes.
  • Act as change agent by running retrospectives to embed learning and align with business goals.

Coaching Leaders to Lead with Impact

  • Act as coach and sparring partner to strengthen leadership growth and decision-making.
  • Support leaders in building empowered, high-performing teams while reinforcing our company culture.

Driving People Programs in Collaboration with our Center of Expertise

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and People Development to deliver tailored initiatives.
  • Lead rollout and adoption of new programs within your area.
  • Own performance management and salary review cycles, ensuring effective delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Navigating Employee Relations with Empathy and Expertise

  • Guide employee relations topics, including conflicts, workplace dynamics, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide balanced, values-driven solutions that comply with legal requirements.
  • Foster a culture of fairness, respect, and proactive resolution.

Enabling Seamless Global People Operations

  • Partner with German people operations and international P&C managers to ensure smooth, compliant processes.
  • Align local practices with global standards & drive operational excellence that supports consistency and employee experience across regions.

##### What we are looking for:

  • Several years of experience as a People Partner in global, fast-scaling environments, ideally within dynamic, high-growth companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in Germany, with additional exposure to standards in markets such as the US or UK and collaboration with local P&C teams.
  • Proven ability to align people strategies with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and bringing strong business acumen.
  • Skilled at systemic thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to understand interconnections between people, processes, and structures and translate insights into long-term solutions.
  • Track record of coaching and developing leaders, providing actionable guidance on leadership, feedback, and people management.
  • Operates with ownership and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, ensuring leaders receive proactive, reliable, and thoughtful support.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills, able to build trust and alignment across teams and stakeholders through empathy and clarity.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
  • Comfortable working in an international setup and flexible across time zones, including occasional collaboration with US-based colleagues.
