Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (CeFI) at OKX, you will be responsible for overseeing the product marketing strategy for the exchange, with a focus on user and transaction growth. You will design and implement marketing initiatives based on market trends and current events. This includes developing a thorough understanding of various channel growth mechanisms, monitoring channel feedback, and making ongoing product optimization recommendations. You will also analyze channel growth data to refine marketing strategies, identify innovative growth opportunities, and continuously enhance marketing effectiveness. You will work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives.

Must have:

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Work experience in crypto or financial exchanges is a must
Track record in user and product operations is preferred
Demonstrated ability to leverage current trends for effective traffic conversion
Strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation and a strong analytical mindset
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with different stakeholders

What We Look For In You

A holder of a Bachelor’s degree or higher
