Senior Product Monetization

The opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Supersonic Studios and help shape the future of hybrid-casual mobile gaming. What you'll be doing

• Build and own the monetization strategy and vision for our live games with millions of users.
• Plan, create, and implement day-to-day in-game events and promotions to drive growth in key business KPIs.
• Lead the execution of A/B tests on different game features and ad implementations to improve game performance.
• Analyze market trends and transform data findings into actionable recommendations that generate higher monetization performance.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Game Design, Game Economy, and Business Analyst, to ensure our vision is fully executed.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role within the gaming industry.
• A deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, including knowledge of trends and player behavior.
• Strong analytical skills with a methodological approach to data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience working with software development teams using an Agile methodology.
• A "can-do" attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
