Job Description

This role supports sales management by developing systematic reporting and analysis infrastructure, maintaining and improving Wallet Share and Fishnet projects, and utilizing internal frameworks for account targeting and territory management. Responsibilities include enhancing executive product-based reporting, supporting the design and implementation of performance management programs, and managing sales in the LATAM region. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Management and 2 years of sales operations experience are required. The position offers a salary range of $126,734.00 to $130,000.00 per year and may allow telecommuting.
Must have:

  • Utilize internal frameworks to prioritize account targeting, territory management, and improve win rates.
  • Improve executive product-based reporting infrastructure for selected products and SKUs.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of a proprietary short-term performance and quota timing management program.
  • Support the management of sales and business in the LATAM region for Insurance and Asset Management segments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales operations or a related occupation.

Job Duties

Support sales management and execution by developing a systematic and scalable reporting, engagement and client analysis infrastructure through proprietary sales frameworks and analysis. Maintain and improve our Wallet Share and Fishnet projects for Insurance, Asset Managers, Corporations, SLED and Other types of clients, providing a clear asset class by asset class, and system ecosystem analyses. Utilize these internal frameworks to prioritize account targeting, territory management and improve our win rates across different client types. Improve the executive product-based reporting infrastructure for selected products (such as Core, LPx, MLx, Wilshire and JUMP) and their specific SKUs. Support the design, development and implementation of a proprietary short-term performance and quota timing management program centered in BDR (Outbound calling Business Development Representatives), Pre-Sales, and Closers to decrease monthly forecast slips. Support the management of sales and business in the LATAM region for the Insurance and Asset Management segments. May telecommute. $126,734.00 to $130,000.00 per year.

Job Requirements

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Management, or related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a sales-operations related occupation.
