The Development Support Engineer will improve development team productivity, automate manual tasks, and ensure system reliability. Responsibilities include supporting developers, automating tasks, developing fault-tolerant solutions, monitoring system health, managing releases, and maintaining SDK implementations. The role involves working with various teams to develop and revise game tools and SDK packages, ensuring the smooth operation of CI/CD tools, and participating in the integration of tools and SDKs for games. The engineer will contribute to the entire game development process and experience release processes with a large team.

Must Have:

5+ years of programming experience.
3+ years of DevOps or related experience.
Experience with CI/CD tools.
Experience with containerization and orchestration.
Experience with cloud services.
Strong understanding of APM and ADR.
Proficiency with C#.
Strong scripting skills.
Strong understanding of Linux and Windows OS.
Familiarity with Unity engine.
Familiarity with automation frameworks.

We are looking for an experienced Development Support Engineer team member who will continuously improve themselves every day and spread positive energy around at Panteon. As a Development Support Engineer, you will be responsible for improving development team productivity, automating manual tasks, and ensuring reliability of our systems.

What Do We Expect?

Developer Support: Figure out unprecedented ways to improve development team productivity.
Automation: Reduce manual operational tasks by developing automation solutions.
Fault-Tolerant: Develop fool-proof solutions to reduce potential human errors.
Health Monitoring: Collect and monitor health data from systems and servers.
Release Management: Coordinate with multi-discipline development team to ensure flawless releases.
SDK Implementation: Maintain third-party SDK implementations in Unity game engine.
5+ years of experience in programming, preferably with multiple languages
3+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field (e.g., system administration, cloud computing)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Podman)
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Automated Disaster Recovery (ADR)
Proficiency with C#
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Strong understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with Unity engine.
Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)
