As a Senior Software Developer in the Delivery team, you will be responsible for module-level implementations within the Mainsail™ platform. You will act as a technical lead, independently delivering UI and data integration components, troubleshooting delivery issues, and mentoring junior developers while maintaining delivery quality. You will translate business requirements into solutions, review the work of junior developers, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with other teams to align technical design with business goals. The role involves leading UI configuration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, writing and optimizing SQL queries, troubleshooting UI and data issues, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Must Have:

Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for building UI components.
Intermediate to advanced JavaScript for front-end behavior.
Proficiency in SQL for data transformation and validation.
Strong communication skills for collaboration.
Mentorship and review of junior team members’ work.

Purpose of Job

As a Senior Software Developer in the Delivery team, you will take ownership of module-level implementations within the Mainsail™ platform and act as a technical lead for assigned workstreams. You are expected to independently deliver UI and data integration components, troubleshoot delivery issues, and mentor junior developers while upholding delivery quality.

We'll trust you to:

Lead module-level UI configuration using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across Mainsail™ components
Independently write, test, and optimize SQL queries to support data flows and reporting layers
Troubleshoot UI and data issues across integrated modules; drive root cause analysis
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable delivery solutions
Review work delivered by Associate and Software Developers for quality and adherence to standards
Contribute to delivery documentation, knowledge repositories, and reusable templates
Collaborate with functional consultants and engineering teams to align technical design with business goals

You'll need to have:

Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with ability to build reusable UI components
Intermediate to advanced JavaScript for configuring dynamic front-end behaviour
Proficiency in SQL for transformation, validation, and optimization
Exposure to C#/.NET backend logic and service behaviour is beneficial for functional alignment and debugging
Ability to understand system configurations and platform boundaries
Ownership mindset and accountability for timelines and quality
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Mentorship and review of junior team members’ work
