We are looking for an innovative, client-focused, experienced full stack Senior Software Engineer to create and maintain cutting edge software product for investment professionals that will enable them to transform the precision and efficiency of their back-office operations. Must have:
- Collaborate with members on a Scrum Team across various functions (Product, BSA, DEV, QA) and be a key contributor towards deliverables.
- Participate in the requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of successful software.
- Exercise best practices and company standards for software design, development, and documentation.
- Functionally decompose complex problems into well-defined, executable tasks.
- Engage in the Scrum process and strive to improve yourself and the team.
- Complete individual and team commitments within the time/complexity estimates.
- Support and mentor junior members on the team.
- Share in the ownership of an architectural vision and actively pursue incremental progress.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- Understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
