Minimum qualifications:

- 3 years of experience in full-stack software development and system design.
- 1 year of experience with Generative AI.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.

The Google Cloud AI Research team addresses AI challenges motivated by Google Cloud’s mission of bringing AI to tech, healthcare, finance, retail and many other industries. We work on a range of unique problems focused on research topics that maximize scientific and real-world impact, aiming to push the state-of-the-art in AI and share findings with the broader research community. We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tech leads to design and implement the best developer tools and platform for customers of Google Cloud Platform.
- Define and execute on support technical goals and roadmap for the broader team.
- Work with our customers (external customer and client teams) to constantly improve user experience.
- Communicate effectively across engineering, product teams and client teams.
- Drive a strong bias for action, effectively balancing product thinking, development, and continuous delivery.
