Experienced System Administrator with Linux & Windows expertise, virtualization, monitoring, and deployment management skills, join Avalanche Studios Group.

Avalanche Studios Group is looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our team in Stockholm.

As the System Administrator you will work with internal second line support to our staff, and work towards our game engine team as well as the game production teams. The responsibilities include maintenance and development of internal and external servers and services in a mixed Windows and Linux environment, as well as our build farm.

You will be a part of the IT department together with our system administrators and our PC technicians, while reporting to our IT Infrastructure Manager. In addition to that you will have an ongoing collaboration with our System Administrator in our Malmö and Liverpool studios.

Required Qualifications

Linux server experience: 5+ years with Debian or Ubuntu or CentOS and or Windows server experience: 4+ years, Azure & GCP
Virtual Environment: VMware or Proxmox, storage
Infrastructure monitoring experience in Zabbix or Nagios or OP5
Configuration and deployment management: PXE & Ansible
Excellent communications skills; both written and verbal English

Almost required Qualifications

Knowledge of web servers, load balancers and proxy servers
Kubernetes, Google Compute Engine, AWS, Cloud computing
Perforce administration
