Job Description

The Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) for Vulnerability Remediation will lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of analytics and reporting solutions to enhance the Global Vulnerability Remediation (GVR) program. This role requires strong collaboration with cybersecurity SMEs, engineering teams, and leadership to validate data, automate remediation workflows, and drive continuous improvement in vulnerability management.
Must have:
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vulnerability remediation analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams for timely vulnerability remediation.
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions to track remediation progress and KPIs.
  • Validate and enrich vulnerability data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage program timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale vulnerability remediation or risk management programs.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • ITIL Certification.
Good to have:
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Certified Technical Program Manager (CTPM).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve vulnerability remediation analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure timely and effective remediation of vulnerabilities.
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions to track remediation progress and KPIs.
  • Validate and enrich vulnerability data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.

  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.

Preferred Certifications:

  • ITIL Certification (Required)
  • One or more of the following (Preferred):
  • Certified Technical Program Manager (CTPM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
