Senior UI/UX Designer - Carter

Position Overview :

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who will shape the experience and interface for our Carter adtech product suite used by advertisers, retailers, and technology partners. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centric and visually appealing designs for our solution. Job Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for the Carter platform, focusing on dashboards, campaign management, audience tools, reporting interfaces, and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and complex use cases into simple, intuitive user journeys.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes that demystify data-driven features and ML-powered insights.
• Ensure Carter’s UI adheres to best-in-class standards for accessibility, consistency, and responsiveness across devices.
• Maintain and evolve the Carter design system, component library, and brand guidelines.
• Communicate design concepts, rationale, and user research findings persuasively to engineering and leadership, fostering alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay informed on design trends, the adtech ecosystem, and enterprise SaaS usability best practices to ensure Carter delivers value and differentiation

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of SaaS, enterprise, or data-intensive products.
• Proven experience as a hands-on designer with a strong, updated portfolio and steady career growth.
• Positive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with a strong passion for user-centered design.
• Expertise designing dashboards, workflow interfaces, and data visualizations for B2B or enterprise users.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools such as InVision, Axure, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and web development frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
