Zoox's Experience Team focuses on defining and championing the Human Experience through a human-centered, collaborative, data-driven, and iterative design process. The role involves creating, iterating, and evolving mobile app experiences that riders will love, making strategic decisions, and leading the design process for key squads and initiatives. You will champion a human-centered design process and culture, design elegant, accessible, and intuitive mobile app interfaces and interactions, and create, test, and iterate app information architecture, wireframes, and user journeys for iOS and Android. Collaboration with UX Research is key for designing and running studies, leveraging insights to inform product direction. The role also includes contributing to Zoox's design systems and principles, orchestrating complex projects, and ensuring strong focus on accessibility by implementing WCAG standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for presenting design strategies.
