The Web Operations team at Conga drives organic performance. This SEO Manager role is crucial for acquiring high-value organic traffic in a competitive, AI-driven search landscape. The in-house expert will execute strategic goals, align multi-industry messaging with target audiences, and optimize content for search intent. This role expands reach, strengthens brand visibility, and drives qualified leads, blending creative strategy with technical and analytical expertise to outperform competitors and contribute to pipeline generation and growth.
Must have:
  • Create comprehensive SEO content briefs and outlines.
  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Serve as the in-house organic search expert for marketing teams.
  • Write SEO-driven copy including page titles, CTAs, and meta descriptions.
  • Identify and collaborate on technical SEO improvements.
  • Publish and maintain content on the corporate website.
  • Optimize existing and new content for engagement and ranking.
  • Resolve technical SEO issues like 404s and duplicate content.
  • Monitor performance and provide monthly readouts and analysis.
  • Understand search intent, user journey mapping, and marketing funnel stages.
  • Collaborate with developers to improve site performance and indexation.
  • Support AI-driven keyword targeting and ranking improvements.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Identify keyword gaps and opportunities to build organic authority.
  • Deliver clear, detailed weekly performance readouts.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for strategy alignment and best practices.
  • Collaborate with paid search for keyword, audience, and messaging alignment.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS SEO.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS content strategies.
  • Experience with international SEO and multi-regional targeting.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The Web Operations team at Conga is a strategic, cross-functional group responsible for driving the organic performance of our digital presence. This role is central to that mission focused on acquiring high-value organic traffic in a competitive and rapidly evolving search landscape, now shaped by the growing complexity of AI-driven optimization.

  • As the in-house SEO expert, you’ll execute the strategic goals and go-to-market (GTM) strategy defined by the Marketing Department. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned SEO professional who can navigate multi-industry, multi-department messaging and align it with Conga’s target audiences meeting them where they are, with content that matches their search intent. Strong communication skills, a curious mindset, and a drive for growth are essential to success in this position.

SEO is Conga’s most valuable traffic channel. This role is responsible for expanding our reach, strengthening brand visibility, and driving qualified leads through organic search. Success means reaching new audiences, establishing Conga’s presence in the market, and outperforming competitors in search engine results.

This role is critical to Conga’s pipeline generation and overall growth. It blends creative strategy with deep technical and analytical expertise. You’ll work within the Web Operations team to execute the strategic direction and GTM plans set by Marketing, with a focus on multi-regional, multi-industry audiences in the B2B SaaS space.

The ideal candidate is driven, growth-minded, and experienced in the competitive world of B2B SaaS SEO. Familiarity with the evolving landscape of AI-powered search optimization is a strong advantage.

  • You’re an analyst and reporting pro:
  • Identify keyword gaps and opportunities, and develop a plan to build organic authority
  • Deliver clear, detailed weekly performance readouts
  • Coordinate with multiple marketing teams to align on strategy and share best practices
  • Collaborate with paid search to align keyword, audience, and messaging strategies across channels
