Job Description
What can you expect from this position?
As a Senior Consultant, you will be the go-to person, guiding newcomers, helping them navigate the fascinating world of ServiceNow. You'll also dive deep into client interactions, uncovering their needs, and delivering customized solutions.
The role of a ServiceNow Consultant is multifaceted, blending technical expertise with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead client-facing workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, then architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as the lead technical resource on complex implementation projects, providing hands-on configuration, development, and integration work while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing stakeholder expectations, providing strategic guidance on platform capabilities, and ensuring the final solution delivers maximum value.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Mentor and guide junior consultants through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and coaching, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including conducting solution demonstrations, scoping projects, and contributing to proposals or statements of work.
Qualifications
We require:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow from roles as Architect, Developer, Consultant, Analyst or others.
- Proficiency in one or more of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, PPM, and CSM.
- Experience delivering successful projects.
- Advanced English .
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and share knowledge through engaging presentations and training materials.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
