Job Description

Aerosoft GmbH is seeking experienced Freelance Software Developers for the continued development of their in-house launcher client, Aerosoft One. This role involves both backend and frontend work, focusing on developing new and existing features. Candidates should have strong experience with cross-platform desktop apps using Electron, frontend UIs with Vue/React, web APIs, file downloads, Git, and Visual Studio Code. The position offers a flexible, independent, and trust-based work environment, with opportunities to actively shape software development and contribute personal skills.

Good To Have:

Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane
Windows PowerShell and Administrator/Standard User contexts
File-system symbolic links and permissions
End-to-end testing using Playwright or other frameworks

Must Have:

Development of existing and new features for Aerosoft One
Backend and frontend work

For the further development of our in-house launcher client Aerosoft One, we are looking for experienced developers on a freelance basis (full-time or part-time - full remote also possible).

The following tasks await you:

Development of existing and new features for Aerosoft One (see https://one.aerosoft.com/)
Backend and frontend work

What you should have:

Experience in the development of:
Cross-platform desktop apps with Electron
Frontend UIs with Vue and/or React
Experience with web APIs and file downloads
Experience in developing with Git and Visual Studio Code
Communication and teamwork skills

Experience in the following areas is also helpful:

Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane
Windows PowerShell and Administrator/Standard User contexts
File-system symbolic links and permissions
End-to-end testing using Playwright or other frameworks
