Sr. AI Transformation Architect

The Sr. AI Transformation Architect will help bring Ansira’s AI-First Roadmap to life by working across departments to translate strategy into action. This role is primarily internally focused, partnering with employees at all levels of the organization—from executives to frontline teams—to design scalable, agentic solutions and accelerate adoption of AI tools and practices. While internal enablement is the focus, the ability to confidently represent Ansira’s AI capabilities with clients is a strong bonus. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset—someone who can keep up with the fast pace of AI developments, translate trends into practical use cases, and make a positive, value-add impact across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with product, engineering, data, operations, and business leaders to co-create solutions that align with our AI-First Roadmap.
• Design & Scale Solutions: Support the development of agentic, event-driven, and data-forward capabilities that improve workflows and enhance client and employee experiences.
• Enablement & Training: Build AI literacy through workshops, training, and coaching that empower employees at all levels to adopt and apply AI confidently.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, and practices, and translate insights into practical, business-ready applications.
• Measure & Communicate Impact: Track outcomes, share success stories, and provide clear value measurement to demonstrate the impact of AI adoption.
• Foster Growth Mindset & Change Readiness: Encourage experimentation, learning, and adaptability across teams, helping Ansira evolve with new technologies.
• Governance & Responsibility: Partner with leaders to embed responsible AI practices, ensuring adoption is ethical, secure, and aligned with business standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, data, platform, or transformation roles, with exposure to APIs, event-driven systems, or enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies (LLMs, agents, search/retrieval frameworks, workflow automation, or SaaS integrations).
• Strong communicator, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, personable, and growth-minded with a track record of enabling others and driving adoption.
• Curiosity about emerging AI trends and ability to translate them into real-world business value.
• Bonus: Prior client-facing experience or the ability to represent AI programs externally with confidence.
