Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests.
This position is accountable for delivery of transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal & external customers within the service level agreements. This is done through processing and loading of requests as per client requirements, thereby ensuring that good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment.
- Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements and to address major anomalies that would impact quality.
- Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.
- Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation (using Ab-Initio on UNIX platform), based on requirements from the customer.
- Review and process work requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.
- Ensure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate.
- Demonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products.
- Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews.
- Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Adherence to KPI metrics/ goals
- Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes. Focus on automation to improve product/process turntime.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to drive new business initiatives and deliver long-term value-added product propositions
- Review of deliverables of analysts and act as “Secondary” for their work requests
- Mentor and train analysts/ new associates to enable them to effectively perform their tasks diligently.
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record of academic excellence with 3-5 years of experience of with programming and data manipulation languages (Ab Initio, Unix, SQL).

- Basic knowledge of Autosys or other scheduling tools
