As a Data Analyst at Whalar, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind our Client Services team—digging into campaign performance, surfacing trends, and ensuring every report tells a compelling, data-driven story. Reporting to our Senior Measurement Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering the insights that shape strategies for some of the world’s most exciting brands. You will collaborate with the Client Services team, synthesize data from various platforms, and provide actionable insights. You will also aggregate, organize, and visualize data, working closely with the analytics team to improve reporting outputs and develop ad-hoc analyses.
Must have:

  • Proven ability to perform data-driven analyses
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques

Reporting to our Senior Measurement Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering the insights that shape strategies for some of the world’s most exciting brands.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Collaborate with Client Services team to understand the diverse needs of each brand
  • Synthesize data from a variety of platforms and provide clear actionable insights to reporting

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a Data Analyst role
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering)
  • Top Excel/Google sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides skills
  • Proven ability to perform data-driven analyses including insight and action communication
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical users
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques
  • Prior digital and/or influencer marketing knowledge (Preferred)

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
