We are looking for an experienced Staff Network Engineer to join our remote team. You will report to the EMEA Manager, Network Engineering and be responsible for: 

• Deploying, operating, monitoring, and supporting the Zscaler worldwide production network inside multiple data centers
• Participating in on-call rotation in weekends and holidays
• Troubleshooting Network-related issues 

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):

• 5-8 years of experience with high-speed fiber Ethernet networks
• Expert level hands-on experience in BGP routing operation, design, and troubleshooting in both IPv4 and IPv6 for large scale Enterprise or Telecom networks
• Deep knowledge of DNS, HTTPS, GRE, and IPsec protocols with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Real life experience troubleshooting L2 and L3 Ethernet networks
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts including performance parameters of TCP/IP stack and hands-on experience of IP-packet analysis using Wireshark

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in remote Data Centre operations
• Deep knowledge on Unix/Linux/FreeBSD, and Network equipment and the functions they perform
• CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure / Service Provider, JNCIP-ENT / JNCIP-SP or related certifications
